The Cozy Barn Cafe wants you to feel cozy and comfortable about your purchase. It is important to us that you feel good about our products. We want to do all we can to ensure a positive experience.

Returns (US Only)
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED. Please contact The Cozy Barn Cafe prior to shipping items for return. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns will not be approved beyond the 30 days from date of delivery service confirmation. Once approved, returns must be post-marked within 10 days of the approved date.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All items being returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags intact and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be make-up, deodorant, stain and smoke free.
Items purchased at full price or at a promotional markdown may be returned. The return will be at the original purchase or promo price, and will be refunded to the original payment method.
All sales and clearance items are marked as final and cannot be returned.
When contacting The Cozy Barn Cafe concerning an order, return or exchange, be ensure to include your order number, as well as item number for prompt service.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt, and a notification will be sent regarding receipt, acceptance, and refund information.

Return Process
1. Email The Cozy Barn Cafe using the Contact form. Your email must include the following:
Order Number
Item Description and Number
Purchase Date
Reason For Return
2. Once the return is approved, an email will be sent with a dated return number, and return shipping address.
3. Package your return in the original packaging, and ship using the shipping address provided. Include a copy of the email in the return shipment. We recommend adding track package to your return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping amounts.
4. The Cozy Barn Cafe will email once the return is received and inspected.
5. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days, of approved inspected return.
Exchanges (US Only)
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED.
Inspect your order immediately to confirm the order was processed correctly, and contact The Cozy Barn Cafe within 3 days if there are any issues with the order.
We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
The Cozy Barn Cafe is a small retailer, and supplies can be limited. We will do our best to exchange items, but cannot guarantee availability.
Exchanges due to incorrect purchase will be returned and shipped at buyers expense.
All exchange orders are processed and shipped per our order process policy.
Approved exchanges should follow the return process.
